A Natural Home: Warranty

A Natural Home, a division of LSH, INC offers the following manufacturer's warranty. This warranty is comparable to other mattress warranties.

All organic cotton/wool quilted top mattress comes with a 10 year manufacturer's warranty, when purchased as a set the warranty is extended to 15 years.

We offer a 10 day comfort exchange policy, should you decide that you want another size or would prefer another type of our mattresses, you can exchange it at any time during the 10 day period for a different mattress that we manufacture. You are responsible for any shipping costs to and from our facility. Purchase price is not refundable.

The manufacturer's warranty covers the following:

Spring or core failure and sewing workmanship — if this should happen the mattress will be repaired or replaced at LSH, INC's discretion. Transportation to and form our facility is the sole responsibility of the mattress owner and is FOB Wooster, Ohio.

This warranty is non transferable, and invoice must be present when claiming benefits of the warranty. Please note that under normal use with individuals weighing 200-250 pounds there might be slight body impressions and changes in the support and characteristics may appear. These changes are considered normal and do not indicate any type of structural failure.

Even organic cotton and natural latex rubber has a slight smell and may need to be aired prior to use for severe chemically sensitive people.

What we do not cover:

  • User's allergies, or sensitivity to materials
  • Staining of cover or box spring cover
  • Handles
  • Firmness preference

How the mattress warranty may be voided:

  • if the mattress is not used with a box spring
  • If the mattress is used with any box spring other than LSH, INC
  • If there is any indication that the mattress than been bent or folded
  • If the box spring is not properly supported — a queen or king may require a 5th leg in bed for support
  • General signs of abuse — staining, soiling, burns, compaction due to insufficient turning

Latex Mattress:

The defective mattress and/or foundation must be returned to LSH, INC factory for inspection to determine the proper remedy under this limited warranty.

Replacement or repair of your mattress and/or foundation is the only remedy under this limited warranty, except that if identical materials are not available at the time of product service, LSH, INC will replace/repair with equal or higher quality. In order for this limited warranty to be valid: You must be the original purchaser through an authorized LSH, INC Facility. You must provide a copy of the original receipt or other proof of purchase date, place of purchase, and purchase price.

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Covers; including stains, soiling, burns, etc.
  2. Handles which should be used to position the mattress only and may pull out if used to support the full weight of the mattress.
  3. Border wires which are bent due to moving the set.
  4. Structural damage due to improper support frame. This warranty applies to a king or queen mattress/ foundation ONLY if used on a frame with a proper center support.
  5. Mattress damaged to an inappropriate foundation. This mattress is designed for full performance when used in conjunction with a matching foundation as part of a total sleep system.
  6. Mattress damaged due to abuse.
  7. LSH, INC reserves the right to refuse service when the product is found on inspection to be in an unsanitary condition or when failure is due to causes other then defective workmanship or materials.

Other Limitations

Any and all implied warranties on this product, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, shall not exceed in duration the term of this limited warranty which begins on the date of purchase by the consumer. The service terms stated in this warranty shall be the consumer's sole and exclusive remedy in the unlikely event of product failure during the warranty period. LSH, INC. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this product, or for the breach of this or any other express or implied warranty. LSH, INC does not warrant that this product is suitable for any person's medical condition. LSH, INC makes no warranty beyond what is contained in this writing.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty last, so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. LSH, INC does not authorize any person to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with this warranty.
