Asian High Profile Platform Bed
People have been asking for this bed. They wanted a bed with the great reading headboard but more space underneath the bed. We combined our popular asian bed with the high profile of the platform bed.
Simple lines, great for reading, and comes in various species of woods and heights of the head board. Shown is the 42 inch high headboard in solid american walnut in a tung oil finish. Please note Walnut is not all dark and it will vary in color. If you request all dark walnut the price may increase by 40-50% due to needing to waste the more colorful walnut in the pile of wood.
This bed also has a matching night stand, you will want to order the high profile nightstand. The XUAN night stand looks great with this bed.

This bed is a platform bed and has a center support in all queen, king and cal kig models. The slats are 2 inchs apart and are 2 inchs wide which are great for latex mattresses, futon mattresses, and innerspring too.
The bed is available in Ash, oak, maple, cherry, and walnut. The bed shown is in walnut. The base price is in oak or ash. The legs are tall, so there is room for storage under bed, the mattress will sit at 16" off the ground.
