Ben Modular Storage Beds
Have a kid? This bed is made for kids. Designed for ample storage underneath so Mom does not have to pick up the toys fluttered across the floor.
The Ash beds shown are taken in an actual boy's room, hence the junk on the bed and the walls. What I like about these beds are the huge apple boxes underneath that can stash clothing, toys, what nots, instead of the floor (which seems to be a magnet for junk).
The foot board or headboard are the same and have a 1 inch bit of clearance along the floor, so you do not have to see the boxes underneath. The box unit can have the individual apple boxes underneath or put in a few and have a great place to stash books and magazines.
Please note this bed is finished in beeswax and is in Ash. It is available in Oak, Ash, Maple, Cherry or Walnut. It is ship lapped so there is no plywood or veneer.
The box underneath is separate and is done in the same species and ship lapped. The box measures 26 deep X 74 long X 14 high.
The apple boxes are 12 high X 14 wide X 20 long. They are sold separately.
